The Successful Applicant - Business Development Manager:
- You will be a field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry
- Applicants with flooring, interiors or specification experience will be readily received, but is by no means essential
- It is more important that you are proactive and target driven with transferable sales skills from within the building materials, building products or interiors sector
The Role - Business Development Manager:
- A specification and contractor sales role, creating demand for an acoustic flooring system
- Tracking and securing specifications with architects, whilst equally influencing and winning projects with developers, flooring contractors and timber frame companies
- Securing, protecting and breaking specifications, with timber frame projects across the high-end residential and multi-dwelling residential sector being the focus
- All business won will be back-sold through three specialist distributors
