TSRecruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who operate in the refurbishment / property services sector.
Currently recruiting a permanent BDM to cover; the North West, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire Regions.
- Responsible for delivering against clear set goals and targets
- Responsible for researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing leads, and following through to a successful agreement
- Understanding target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborating with the Business Development Director to plan approach to new logo customers to grow our revenue
- Developing and delivering presentations to secure new business
- Dealing with; senior group decision makers, procurement teams and tender processes
- Maintaining relationships with new prospects within the area you have been assigned
About you:
You will have experience in delivering contractual service solutions into a complex and multi decision maker marketplace. Negotiation and presentation skills are fundamental to gaining new business.
You will have extensive experience in dealing with, Group level decision makers, procurement teams and tender processes.
Coming from a Social Housing background.
