Business Development Manager Majors Location: Covering from Watford to Northampton including Milton Keynes and St Neots. Competitive Salary with an OTE up to £24,000 Company car/car allowance Responsible for building pipelines and prospecting lead generation/new business across the UK in a very successful and senior sales team. Day to day some of the activities will include managing senior stakeholders to take them on a journey to your solution, working to tight deadlines from 3 months - 1 year, creating value propositions for contracts up to £1.0m annual value and project managing the full tender process. This is a senior role with no micromanagement and is 100% new business for Major accounts. Here's what we require. Strong Field sales experience. Experience in selling B2B solutions and/or services-based contracts. Experience in responding and leading on details tender submissions. Successful track record in securing contracts with annual revenues over £100,000. Background of working in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholder groups to develop solutions/proposals.
