Area to be covered: Ireland
Remuneration: up to £60,000neg + 10% bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid / electric company car or car allowance + full benefits packageThe role of the Business Development Manager - Waterproofing & Roofing Systems will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems such as: bitumen roofing, liquid waterproofing, single ply, holt melt, green roofing & roofing accessories
- Majority of your time will be focused on critical infrastructure projects
- All of your time will be spent selling to and getting specified with architects, quantity surveyors, specialist sub-contractor & end users
- End user clients would include: Google, Microsoft & Film Studios
- Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
- Projects sizes vary between £500k-£3m
- Inheriting a well-established area turning over £10m
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Waterproofing & Roofing Systems experience with:
- Must have architectural specification sales experience in the building envelope / roofing industry
- Ideally some experience of waterproofing, roofing, roofing membrane, insulation and liquid waterproofing products
- Commercially aware
- Energy, autonomous, driven
