Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Global Consulting organisation, looking to recruit a Business Improvement Consultant/Manager.
This Consultancy combines its focus on helping companies with Business Change & transformation and a focus on Future technology/AI so the projects & Programmes you will be working on are very attractive and exciting.
You will be joining a division of this company that are performing extremely well and are growing very quickly meaning you will have a strong chance of progression and development in your first couple of years.
Required Experience:
- Strong Business Improvement skills/experience
- Lean six Sigma certified would be desirable
- Previous experience working within a consultancy is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Established history of spearheading numerous significant programs and projects.
- Familiarity with diverse delivery methodologies, encompassing agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Applicants must be degree-educated within an IT or Business-related field.
