Sometimes smaller is better. This is one of those times. As the Business Improvement Manager for this - relatively - small Housing Association (we re talking around 10 employees) you ll be doing a lot more than creating Gantt charts. Working closely with and for the CEO & Board, you ll be taking a whole system architecture approach to facilitate transformational change. Your focus will be on business and service improvement, embedding policies and good practices, implementing cultural change, and sustaining continuous improvement. You ll understand business processes within Housing Associations and bring broad project management and leadership qualities.
