What you will bring To be considered as our Business Planning Manager, you will need: - Experience of working on business planning or within a similar role and delivering a business planning cycle- Experience in a leadership role- Experience of different performance reporting approaches- Excellent presentation skills and experience facilitating workshops for colleagues- To be comfortable asserting yourself with board or executive level stakeholdersWhat you'll be doingAs the Business Planning Manager, you will lead, manage and deliver an effective business planning process across our entire organisation.You will translate this plan ubiquitously throughout our organisation, ensuring that our corporate plan realises our strategic ambitions. Working with teams throughout CQC, you will ensure that new processes and measures are clear, as well as their application to our overall performance framework.Designing an effective business planning cycle and timetable, you will implement planning strategies at directorate level and support the use of OKR methodology.
