The company:

A regional Main Contractor who specialise in projects ranging from 1m - 15m in value. Projects will include Residential, Commercial and Education schemes.

The project:

A traditional build development of 60x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.

The role:

Reporting into a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of live sites along with the procurement of materials at various stages of the build. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Material requisitions
• Regular site visits
• Audit material levels on site
• Daily interaction with site teams and commercial department regarding progress and material requirements
• Build and manage relationships with key material suppliers
• Reviews with the existing supply chain

About you:

• Previous recent experience as a Buyer
• Qualified in a related field to HNC or above standard
• Experience working on schemes of a similar value would be preferable, but not essential
