We are actively seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to work for an organisation based in the Southwest of England. The contract will last an initial 3 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Capital Project Manager
Location: Southwest of England
Pay rate: 27 to 33 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver major capital estates projects on hospital sites
• Assist the strategic estates team with a new build hospital
• Construction and project management
• Paperwork to support procurement of contractors and appointment of design teams
• Stakeholder management for capital programme
• HND in construction or building studies
