Venn Group is working with a Local Authority to recruit an interim Project Manager to deliver a high profile capital project, currently in RIBA stage 3.

The role will be for an initial 6 month contract to start late May / early June. This is a full time requirement (5 days per week) and will require hybrid working with attendance at the office in London once a week and ad hoc site visits.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong project management skills and a background in delivering complex initiatives
  • Prince2 project management qualification is preferred, NEC and JCT are also relevant
  • Understanding of construction and capital projects
  • Experience working within a Local Government setting, ideally within a capital programme related to Children's Services / Special Education
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a complex and political environment
