I am looking for a Capital Works Manager to join a housing association in Yorkshire. You will be leading a team of 2 reports as part of the assets division.

Capital Works Manager duties:

• Manage a team of surveyors and office staff
• Support the management of planned maintenance contractors
• Take responsibility for the delivery of capital works
• Delivery of modernisation and retrofit projects

Successful applicants for the Capital Works Manager role will have:

• Experience working in a social housing setting
• Strong man management experience
• Experience in managing contractors
• Good technical background around planned maintenance/capital works
