Change and Adaption Manager

The Role:
We're looking for a proactive Adoption & Change Manager to lead change initiatives that stick. You'll drive adoption of new systems and processes, working with senior sponsors and project teams to make change seamless, strategic, and sustainable.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and deliver change strategies with clear outcomes.
  • Build sponsor coalitions and secure resources.
  • Assess risks and manage resistance.
  • Lead communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design role-based training and track adoption metrics.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and steer project decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven change and project management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
  • Prosci / ADKAR certification (or equivalent).
  • Degree in Business, Change, or related field.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations with confidence.
