On behalf of a key client in Liverpool and Manchester area we are resourcing for a Permanent Change manager with previous Global Business Services experience
This is a hybrid role with 2 days on site, please see the details below
Role Duties
- Liaise with Global business teams to identify new opportunities for process improvement
- Create KPI metrics and SLA's to measure your team and department performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly delivery exceptional customer service
- Maintain and develop quality assurance standards to ensure continuing delivery of high quality standards
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver the highest quality training and development programs
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Global Business function
Qualifications and Skills
- Relative degree in Business management or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role with specific focus on GBS practises
- Previous experience withing a Global Business Services function
- High level experience with relative CRM and IT functions
- Previous Project manager and Process optimisation experience is desirable
