Would you like the opportunity to work within one of the fastest growing multi utility subcontractors in the UK? They are looking for someone experienced in Civils & Fibre as they will be looking after flex teams across network build and you will be expected to have dealt with issues & emergency fixes across fibre & civils. You could work you way up while being mentored by directors within the company. Responsibilities: - You will be tasked with managing circa 20-25 gangs across fibre and civils as well as their project managers above them. - The role will give you exposure to the commercial side of the business as you will have to complete forecasts, PNL reports & budgets. - You will also have to manage over subcontractors and direct labour ensuring the relationships are smooth and effective. Skills/Must have: - To be a good fit for the role you must be agile in your approach due to the fast ever changing nature of the industry so a good amount of experience within the industry will be integral to this. - A good understanding of fibre & civils specifications and requirements will be essential. - You will need to be confident and able to converse with multiple types of people from engineers to councils to C-Suite and clients. Benefits The salary is up to £65,000 dependant on experience with a company vehicle and a huge opportunty to become head of department
