Job Summary
The Groundwork Green Doctor programme supports vulnerable households in London to stay warm, stay well and save money on their household bills, as well as delivering environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions. Our support combines one-to-one energy saving advice with installations of low-cost devices that collectively keep people warmer in their home and move them out of or away from fuel poverty.
The Client Manager role, Green Doctor TM Programme leads and manages Green Doctor contracts across Groundwork London. In addition they support the, Green Doctor Service Manager and Team Manager ensuring the Green Doctor programme delivers its outputs and outcomes to budget, meeting the expectations and requirements of the funders and the Trust.
Main Objectives:
- Lead and manage Green Doctor contracts in London, from mobilisation and management to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Manage project outreach team ensuring the contracts and service is promoted across London.
- Ensure systems and procedures are implemented to ensure professional best practice and compliance with internal and funder requirements.
- Lead client management including the lead contact, quarterly reporting, beneficiary data management and financial management.
- Line-manage outreach team members.

In this client facing role you will manage a portfolio of contracts delivering home energy and support which combines one-to-one energy saving advice with installations of low-cost devices in households to save water and energy, keeping people warmer in their homes and moving them out of fuel poverty
You will also contribute ideas to continuously develop, innovate and improve the service.
