About the role of Commercial Lead
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength. You will be working as the no 1 Commercial Manager on site on a 200m major project . This is a full-time site based position in West London.
Requirements for Commercial Lead
- Must have been a number 1, commercial lead or manager on a new build project that is worth 120 million plus.
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Experience in managing high levels of change and variations.
The client is a tier 1 main contractor that operate in the new build MOD, commercial, health care and residential sectors. They have a stable history over the last 80 plus years and in the last 12 months alone have had an extremely strong performance on revenue growth and increase share value.
