Job Title: Commercial Manager Social Housing

Location: London

Package: £82,000 plus car allowance, travel and flexible working

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to play a key role within the Reactive Maintenance team.

It is not essential that you have Reactive experience, they would look at someone with Planned Experience also.

You would be working for a company that is one of the best to work for in the UK and you will have an important say in the Commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the financial management of our projects, guiding them from initial planning through to final handover.
• Develop and execute cost management strategies that ensure projects are financially sound while delivering maximum value.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, handling everything from negotiations to payments, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify and address financial risks, keeping projects on track and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience within Social Housing can be Reactive or Planned.
• A Commercial Manager who has worked in a similar role before.
• Has a background in managing people.
