About the role of Commercial Manager:

Looking for a specialist sub-contractor surveyor/estimator to take on an all-encompassing role working on carpentry and joinery packages on residential, leisure and healthcare sites. Role will be client facing and the candidate will be heavily involved in bids and tendering for new projects.

Responsibilities for Commercial Manager:

• Working from the PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing packages and managing the commercial process.
• Valuations and estimations.

Requirements for Commercial Manager:

• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based, or construction degree equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Personable and friendly character to fit in with company culture.
