ReCon Advisory Partners are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager based in and around the Yorkshire area on behalf of a civil engineering company. The company are looking for an individual who can play a vital part within their business having many responsibilities to ensure the business becomes even more successful.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost estimates, budgets and reporting
Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance and support to quantity surveyors
Ensure the business is compliant with industry regulations
Ensure company protocols are followed
Responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of projects ranging upto £5million
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial manager for a civil engineering-based company
Strong understanding of highways and section 278 projects
Experience identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
Knowledge on NEC projects is advantageous
Pay
Upto £70,000
