The Role - Commercial Manager

My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Commercial Manager,

You will need to live in a commutable distance to office and will be visiting sites in London and home counties.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present financial reports
• Strong background in facade / external envelope
• Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Juniors
