TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Main Contractor who due to expansion and recent project wins are now hiring a permanent Senior QS / Commercial Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with a strong pipeline of work. The business operate in the Social Housing / Property Services / Fire protection sectors.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

• Cost planning
• Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially
• Manage a team of 3-4 commercial surveyors
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
• Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
• Regular on site visits
• Overlook P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management
