The role is working with a Leading Maintenance Contractor with over 30 years' experience within the affordable housing sector. The company provides planned and reactive maintenance to over 200,000 domestic properties nationwide and has a significant portfolio of large-scale refurbishment programmes. The company refurbish and modernise approximately 10,000 homes and complete more than 300,000 repairs a year.
Responsibilities of the role:
you'll deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner whilst delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
Logging and investigating complaints about repairs and working with our contractors to plan and complete these works to offer a swift resolution. You'll work to deliver the agreed targets within your service area, with the support from our Customer Performance Manager and will be required to attend meetings or provide service outside the usual working hours as agreed and if required, liaising with other departments also.
