We are actively looking for a Compliance Manager to join a housing association in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Manager, you will be:
  • Delivering the property management services for the asset and compliance team
  • Leading the compliance team covering building safety, fire safety, gas, electric and legionella
  • Audit and risk management support in compliance, FRA remedial work programmes, planned works and major projects.
  • Creating plans and processes in order to ensure resident safety in their properties

Qualifications / Experience:
  • 5+ years experience working within compliance / building safety
  • Extensive experience working with the big 6 of compliance
  • Understanding of all the current legislations
  • Social housing experience
  • NEBOSH or recognised fire qualification

As the Compliance Manager you will receive:
  • 45,000 - 50,000
