Our client has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Construction Design Manager!

Our client is the UK's leading contractor in the construction of cold stores, firewalls, data centres, clean rooms, single-envelope cladding and doors.

As the Construction Design Manager you will be required to manage the design department and provide design information in support of sales, project management and clients.

To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements;

• Construction-based qualifications (HND, HNC), or a design-based qualification focusing on construction drawings using Revit.
• At least six years' experience as a designer within the industry with previous experience of managing people and projects.
• Advanced skills in Revit a must and experience delivering large industrial projects using Revit
• Competence in IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, & Outlook.
• Broad understanding of materials and installation methods within our clients market sector.
• Knowledge of relevant CDM Regs 2015.
• Have a track record of delivering Revit projects to BIM level 2 standard.
