We are looking for a Project Manager to work initially on a freelance basis but this could go permanent at a later date

Based in Warwickshire (Office)

Managing multiple projects ranging from Restaurant Refurbs to Industrial and Care Home Refurbs

Project values circa 250k - 1m

You will need to also visit sites and liaise with contractors and end clients

Manage costings and be proficient using excel spreadsheets

This is due to start within the next 2 weeks
