Role Overview:
As a Construction Manager, you will report to the Contract Manager. Your focus will be on build quality and meticulous attention to detail. I am looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment, especially when dealing with challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with Contract Managers to manage project timelines and progress.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and collaborate effectively with all subcontractors.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and health & safety procedures.

• Proven experience in managing construction projects of various sizes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to build quality.
• Positive team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling complex or problematic projects.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing, dynamic environment.
