Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a market leading manufacturing company who are looking for a Construction Manager
The company are a major process engineering company and this role will be to manage major internal CAPEX construction projects from design, through build to commissioning.
For this role you will need senior level experience of managing complex projects such as petrochemical or chemical process plant.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all resources, facilities and stakeholders are in place for major projects
- Maintaining and management communications between internal stakeholders and external specialist contractors and suppliers
- Implementing, developing and managing all Health and Safety procedures
- Ensuring all commissioning activity is correctly resourced and handed over effectively to operations
- Minimising operation down time and managing project costs and timelines effectively
The Construction Manager will need:
- A degree qualification in engineering or operations
- Significant experience of managing major construction projects
- Experience of projects in chemical, petrochemical or similar industrial environment
- Senior level project management experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- The ability to report to C-suite level contacts
