Keyman Personnel is a specialist white-collar recruitment business, and we are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering subcontractor. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an accomplished Construction Manager on a contract basis, offering excellent rates of 280- 300 per day.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects up to 3.5 million in value.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Manage temporary works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure all works meet health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Black CSCS Card (essential).
• IT literate with strong knowledge of temporary works (qualifications preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong client-facing skills with a proactive and professional approach.
