We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a friendly, well-established company based on the outskirts of St Albans.

Key responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, organising and implementing construction projects
Effectively manage project teams financial commitments, raising PO s and billing
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Monitor project progress and address any issues
Ensure compliance with safety quality standards
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Accurate ordering of stock and materials
Liaising with clients and site managers
What the client is looking for:
2+ years experience in a similar project coordinator role
A background in construction or working for an SME
Experience raising purchase orders and invoices
Proficient use of Excel
A good understanding of numeric data
Excellent communicator
Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, flexibility and a great communicator
Driving license and own car essential (due to location)
