TheConstruction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be involved in overseeing a variety of construction projects in sectors such as commercial, heritage, retail, education, residential, and healthcare.
A proficient Construction Project Manager will actively engage with key stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and evaluate the feasibility of their projects, aiming to establish trust. They will work in partnership with corporate clients, developers, designers, and subcontractors to precisely outline and document project scopes while rigorously upholding project management protocols and procedures.
The Construction Project Manager
- Preferably RICS chartered or working towards
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Build role within a consultancy
- CSCS accreditation preferably
- Previous managerial experience
- Broad understanding across varied sectors and health and safety law
