An established Main Contractor with a focus on industrial / commercial builds is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
Your new role
Your new role will be to take the lead on mix use residential scheme compromising of town houses / apartments and 2 3 bedroom homes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working for a main contractor as a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager, Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, you will hold site qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS. You will have the capability to lead commercial & Industrial projects valued up to £20m.
