Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for all O&Ms, administration support to the wider Project Managers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has some experience in a similar role and is engaging in their approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the on-time collation and submission of All company O&M's
- Manage a deadline tracker for practical completion and O&M submission dates
- Chase supply-chain for manuals and relevant information to hit critical deadlines
- Manage a progress report tracker for all manuals for reporting to the senior leadership team
- Contribute to an improved process and presentation of the Maris O&M document
You will be able to demonstrate 1+ years experience in a similar role and experience in a construction company would be an advantage. You will have strong administrative skills with advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have an eye for detail.
