Highly experienced Construction Site Manager required for Refurb Project in North London that is consisting of a Steel Frame extension being built as well as works taking place above a 3 story sub-basement car park.

Must have knowledge of Groundworks and SFS as well as experience managing refurb/fit-out projects

Project is working in a live building where staff are being regularly relocated throughout the duration of the works.

Must be friendly/approachabale and highly knowledgeable.

Must be able to lead contractors on site.

Will have the support of the wider project team.
