Job Title: Construction Administration/Accounts Manager

Our growing construction company based in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Administration/Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in construction administration and finance, specifically with Sage 50 accounts, along with a proven track record in payroll management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient use of Sage 50 accounts for day-to-day financial operations.
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Payroll Management:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.
- Handle all payroll-related duties, including tax compliance and benefits administration.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer related inquiries.
- Construction Administration:
- Work closely with project managers to track project expenses and financial performance.
- Maintain organized financial records for construction projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 accounts is a must.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a construction company or related industry.
