V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join their client, an established main contractor in Lancashire. Projects they work on include retrofit and refurbishments on social housing schemes!

Ideal candidate:
- Background in Social Housing.
- Experience working on retrofit and refurbishment projects.
- Track record of delivering successful projects.
- An inspiring leader.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Taking responsibility for target programmes.
- Overseeing several refurbishment schemes at once.
- Managing client relationships.
- Visiting sites every week/ 2 weeks ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
- Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
- Working with the quality manager to ensure projects are being ran to a high level of compliance.
