Exciting Opportunity: Contract Manager

Location: Middleton, Manchester
Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: £50,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Car Allowance: £500/month (£6,000 annually)

A fast-growing and dynamic SME is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take full ownership of contracts from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full contract life cycle, from point of sale to final account closure.
• Ensure successful project completion, maintaining top quality and safety standards.
• Manage resources with the service desk and PPM planners, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Monitor sub-contractor performance, and ensure compliance with KPIs and health & safety.
• Prepare and present reports, audits, and financial updates at contract meetings.
• Develop strong supplier relationships, explore new project opportunities, and grow PPM works.
• Conduct regular reviews of ongoing jobs, ensuring timely invoicing and project milestones.
