Our onsite team of experts provide a range of mechanical and electrical engineering services at the main headquarters of the Ministry of Defence in London where Skanska have a hard servce FM contract. We have also delivered a range of capital works and lifecycle renewal projects, all within a complex, highly secure environment.
We are looking for a Contract & Performance Manager to join our building services team in London.
Working as a Contract & Performance Manager, you will :
- Establish a performance framework
- Implement Performance Management principles
- Lead a Continuous Improvement programme and implement the associated tools and principles of Lean .
- Establish a process to ensure the Operations team s understanding and adherence of contract obligations is held consistently throughout the Project
We are looking for:
- Experience of stakeholder management (up to board level).
- The candidate must understand the principles of performance management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate under an intent rather than specific instruction.
- Presentation skills (both producing products and their subsequent delivery).
- Experience of working in complex and multifunctional environments.
- Customer Focus
- Due to the level of security clearance required to work onsite, you will need to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 10 years
