The Role:

Contracts manager - Overseeing multiple quick turnaround Retail fit outs, Between 4/5 at a time - Jobs Usually take between 3 days and 4 weeks - Nationwide

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Time served joiner essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Duties

• Coordinating handovers and sign offs
• Have "Power Project Programming" system knowledge
• Implement and improve existing procedures
• Update and check against the construction Programme
• Be able to handle running multiple projects at a time
• Work well under pressure / To a deadline
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team

This is a Permanent role and requires the candidate to live in and around the NW.

Salary: 55,000+ Fuel card,
