Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor based in Derby who specialise in residential, commercial and educational new build projects. They have been operating for over 40 years and due to ongoing success are looking to expand their team. This multi-accredited company boast a wide range of impressive clients and with them, you will be working on exciting multi-million pound projects across different sectors.
Your new role
In this role you will have a varied job role, being both office and site based. Your main role within the business will be to coordinate and manage all aspects of site and project activities ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects. You will be managing multiple projects from contract award through to completion. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will ensure projects are run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage subcontractors and all company staff on site, liaising with clients and attending meetings on a regular basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have experience in Contracts Management ideally with both commercial and residential projects. You will also have excellent management skills and work well within a team to liaise with the other Contracts Managers.
