Role Overview

Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee residential internal and external refurbishment projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and procurement
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams
• Maintain client relationships and manage expectations
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards
• Handle project handovers and documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years in construction, 3+ in a similar London role
• Experience with residential refurbishments ( 250k to 1m+)
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding, structural works, roofing, and masonry
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office & Project, Google Suite
• Valid Driving Licence required; SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness preferred

Qualifications

• Construction-related Degree or HND, or trade & site management background
• MCIOB preferred but not essential
