The company is seeking a Contracts Manager / Project Manager. The successful applicant will work hand in hand with a Director and take responsibility for;

Overseeing 2-3 projects, generally consisting of 10 - 25 homes

Produce and update build programmes

Liaison and management of any external consultants / specialists including design, architecture and planning

Manage and support all onsite teams with Health & Safety / CDM requirements, ensuring paperwork and record keeping is maintained by onsite teams and subcontractors
In addition to these traditional duties the successful candidate will also support the Directors and have involvement in the following areas of the business;

Supply chain development and tendering

Quality Control and processes

Aftercare and ensuring subcontractors fulfil their obligations
