Our client is a leading property developer working in London and home counties. They have a top class multi-million-pound project portfolio, dealing with super prime high end residential projects.

As a Contracts Manager you will be overseeing super prime high end residential developments in London valued between 5 - 15M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings, maintain client contact, and facilitate communication with consultants.
• Controlling the overall construction programme and planning, reviewing, and issuing Extension of Time
• (EOT) claims.
• Responsible for the commercial success and risk management of projects while maintaining high standards of Health and Safety (H&S).
• Implement and manage standard JCT contracts across multiple high-end construction projects.
• Conducting client meetings and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Management of internal and external site teams, in line with project plans and timescale.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Must have experience in high end residential construction (Ideally 5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of M+E, Steel Frame, RC construction beneficial.
• Very programme conscious and driven
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong IT skills
