Contracts Manager

Client: Tier 1 Build Contractor

• Are you an experienced Contracts Manager coming from a tier 1 contractor?
• Can you successfully run 3/5 live contracts at any given time?
• Have you got project experience across Healthcare, Education, Industrial and Public Sector schemes?

Key duties:

• Managing and overseeing 3-5 construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Providing leadership and support to site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Resolving issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
