Contracts Manager - (Housing new build)
Warwickshire / Northamptonshire
Up to 85k (depending on experience) + 8k car allowance + 20% bonus
Think Construction are pleased to have been instructed by a leading 5- star house builder to find an Experienced Contracts Manager to join their experienced operations team. The role
You will be responsible for up to 4 housing projects, delivering up to a maximum of 250 units on fast-paced new build sites, consisting of mostly 3-5 bed homes.
As an experienced Contracts Manager, you will duties will be:
- Managing between 3 - 4 projects at any given time
- Programming contracts
- Managing all site managers and project managers
- Tender enquiries and preparing prelim plans for contracts ready
- Health and Safety plans
- Motivating and inspiring the team
- Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained.
- Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts.
What they're looking for
You will need experience of delivering new build housing schemes of a similar size. You will be required to be based within the Warwickshire, Northamptonshire areas due to where the projects are based. They are looking for committed, ambitious individual with exceptional delivery standards, who can communicate effectively across site, and will all stakeholders.
