Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Exeter, Devon.
The company:
Our client in a regional new build housing developer, who have multiple sites in the Devon area.
The role entails:
Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality
Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams
Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes
Development and monitoring of construction programmes
Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager looking to progress into their next role
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications
