4Site are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a prestigious main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments. With projects based across London, you will work alongside two other Contracts Managers, overseeing Site Managers and managing projects valued up to £8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fellow Contracts Managers to oversee multiple high-value projects.
• Lead and support Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate dedication to excellence and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
