Contracts manager role

My Client are looking to onboard a Contracts manager to oversee New Build / Construction projects based in areas such as: Leighton buzzard, Farnbrough, London etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
• Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Industry with Construction / Build
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in jobs ranging between 2 million up to 10 million+

Salary Banding: 70k - 80k all inclusive (No car allowance included). Please attach your CV if interested in role.
