Contracts Manager / Project Manager

Must come from a commercial background and have 5+ Years at Project manager / Contract manager level specialising in fit outs (CAT A/B) .

Our client is a Main contractor in commercial fit-out projects, Coming from a tier 1 Background and Specialising in high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. with client satisfaction and repeat business a heavy focus. Renowned for creating bespoke environments, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Contracts manager to oversee Schemes ranging from 200k - 5 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2/3 Cat A/B fit-out projects at one time
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Cost & Progress Monitoring: Track costs, manage variations, and report financial and project updates to senior management.
Salary Banding: 55k - 65k plus Pension, Car allowance and great work/life Balance.
