Schemes have ranged from offices, schools to commercial and leisure. Your new roleReporting in to the Senior Manager, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and overseeing a number of projects. As Contracts Manager you will manage project teams as well as the sub-contractors, providing hands-on support whilst ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the companies strong reputation and delivering profitable projects.Key requirements:
- Quoting of project
- Collaborating directly with all necessary stakeholders
- Consulting with clients and company representatives
- Selecting and co-ordinating contractors
- Selecting and co-ordinating tools and materials
- Site visits
- Manage, support and develop a team
- Cultivating strong working relations to resolve project conflicts and making decisions where necessary
- Cost and budget analysis
- On site risk assessments and method statements
- Health & Safety on projects
- Attending and providing information at the weekly team meeting
- Updating and reviewing labour planner
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Meeting potential and existing clients and fostering relationships
