Kingsley Consulting are partnered with a £40m T/O Roofing Group to help appoint a Contracts Manager within their Scaffolding division. If you're Site Manager with a background in scaffolding this could be a great opportunity to develop and progress with a respected and highly profitable organisation.Salary: Negotiable DOE + Profitability Bonus, Car, iPad & standard company benefits.Location: On site visits covering Southeast & Occasional office visit (Caterham)Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pmKey Responsibilities:-Oversee the execution of scaffolding projects, ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.-Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client specifications.-Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues during construction.-Enforce health and safety policies and procedures on-site.-Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations.-Implement corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.-Supervise and coordinate on-site labour teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to project schedules.-Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and safety awareness of the workforce.-Address personnel issues promptly and in accordance with company policies.-Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.-Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.-Provide regular project updates and maintain open communication channels with clients.Skills & Experience:-CISRS Advanced Ticket (Required)-SMSTS (Required)-Previous experience as a Head supervisor/manager within a scaffolding business-Strong leadership and communication skills-IT Literate-Clean Driving LicenseDiversity & InclusionKingsley Consulting operates an inclusive and diverse recruitment process, whilst also ensuring our clients do the same and provide any advice or education to them in relation to this.
